Emergency Plumbing

Acts of Service Plumbing handles plumbing emergencies across Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby and nearby towns, open 24 hours Monday through Saturday.

After-hours response

For emergency calls, we have a plumber and an apprentice on call every week. If you call after hours, the plumber who's going to be dispatched to your house is the one who answers the phone. He'll get your information. Once he gets you in the database, we're at your house within 30 minutes.

Diagnosis before work

We'll show up, diagnose the problem, give you upfront pricing, let you know how much it's going to be, get your problem fixed, and get you on your way.

Gas-leak response

A customer call about a gas leak is usually classified as an emergency. If we have a technician available, we'll send them out immediately. We'll shut the customer's gas off first, then talk to them and find out where they smell the gas.

Operating hours

We're open 24 hours Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday.

After-hours pricing

After-hours emergency service, including nights, weekends, and holidays, costs more than regular-hours calls, but it's simply after-hours pricing, not price gouging, and you still get flat-rate, upfront pricing before any work starts.

Winter freeze prevention

To keep pipes from freezing in Oklahoma winters, leave cabinet doors open on exterior-wall fixtures so house heat can reach the pipes, and where you can't, like a shower or tub, run a pencil-lead-thin stream of water since dripping alone can still freeze between drips; also put hydrant covers on to block wind, and if you notice low pressure at your spigots in spring, shut the water off and call us, since that usually means a hydrant froze and cracked over winter.
