Single drain or sewer line?
If it's just a bathtub backing up, that's a single drain, not your sewer line. If the drains and a toilet are backing up, then it's always your sewer line.
Camera inspection
We offer camera inspections of your sewer line and drain lines to make sure there's nothing clogged or obstructing them.
Diagnosis and upfront pricing
We'll diagnose your problem. We'll give you fair upfront pricing, and the price we give you is the price you'll pay.
A real call: Broken Arrow wedding venue
During an active wedding at a Broken Arrow venue, we handled a tough sewer backup where toilets overflowed because the grinder pump was clogged with grease; we disassembled and cleaned it, got the sewer flowing again, cleaned the bathrooms so the wedding could go on, and later returned to install a grease trap on the kitchen line to prevent a repeat and bring things up to code.
Sewer line or one drain? Explained by Michael
When you call, the office asks one question first: when you flush the toilet, does it gurgle or back up too? As Michael puts it, "If your sewer line's backing up, your toilets are gonna be backing up as well."
If it's just the bathtub, that's a single drain. If it's just the toilet, it's just the toilet. "But if it's drains and a toilet, then it's always your sewer line."
How we clear it, and when we camera it
We clear main lines with cable machines and a flex-shaft chain cleaner. We don't offer hydro jetting or trenchless pipe bursting, and we'll tell you that up front.
If our blades make it all the way through, the line is cleared. If they can't, that usually means a break, roots or something caught inside the pipe. That's when we run the camera and locator, so you see what we see before anyone talks about repairs. A camera inspection by itself starts at $350; drain cleaning plus a camera starts at $420.
Our techs are paid hourly, not on commission. Whether your line needs a cleaning or a repair, the tech gets paid the same, so the recommendation is about your pipe, not a sales target.
A sewer line under a post-tension slab in Tulsa
In October 2026 we replaced a section of 3-inch sewer line running under a Tulsa home, about 35 feet from the outside wall to the hallway. We marked the line with our camera and locator first, called in utility locates, and pulled the City of Tulsa sewer permit.
The house sits on a post-tension slab, which carries steel cables under tension, so the concrete can't be cut like an ordinary floor. We brought in a concrete specialist to open and restore a 35-by-5-foot strip. Then we installed new 3-inch PVC with fresh wyes and a cleanout and tested the line before the floor went back.

Straight Answers
How can I tell whether it is a drain or sewer problem?
A single fixture like a backed-up bathtub usually points to just that one drain, not the sewer line, but if drains and a toilet are backing up together, it's always a sewer line issue.
Do you offer a sewer and drain camera inspection?
Yes, we run camera inspections through your sewer and drain lines to check for clogs or obstructions.
When do I get the price?
After we diagnose your problem, we give you fair, upfront pricing, and that price is final.
Can you handle a sewer backup during an active event?
During an active wedding at a Broken Arrow venue, we handled a tough sewer backup where toilets overflowed because the grinder pump was clogged with grease; we disassembled and cleaned it, got the sewer flowing again, cleaned the bathrooms so the wedding could go on, and later returned to install a grease trap on the kitchen line to prevent a repeat and bring things up to code.
What is a bellied (back-fall) sewer line?
It is a section of sewer pipe that sits too low or slopes the wrong way, so water and waste settle in it instead of flowing out. That causes repeat clogs. A camera inspection shows where it is, and the section has to be re-graded or replaced.
Can tree roots be cleared, or does the pipe need replacing?
Roots can be cut out of the line, but if the pipe is cracked or separated they grow back. Replacing that section is the long-term fix.
Is sewer line repair covered by homeowners insurance?
Usually not for normal wear, roots or a sagging line. Some policies or add-on service-line coverage pay for sudden breaks, so check your policy.
Are chemical drain cleaners safe for my pipes?
We don't recommend them. Chemical drain cleaners are one of the main things that ruin garbage disposals, and they rarely clear the real blockage.
What is the most common sewer problem in Tulsa?
Tree roots getting into the sewer line. Roots can be cut out, but if they keep coming back, the damaged section needs to be repaired or replaced.
Do you do trenchless sewer repair or pipe bursting?
Not right now. When a sewer line needs replacing, we dig and replace it from the house.
Is a permit required for sewer line replacement?
Yes. When we replace the sewer line, we pull the city permit and the work is inspected before we backfill.
How long does a sewer repair take?
A spot repair can usually be done the same day. A full sewer replacement takes about two days, including the city inspection and backfilling.
Is drain cleaning guaranteed?
Yes. Normal clogs we clear are guaranteed for 90 days. Tree roots and baby wipes are the exceptions, because roots mean the line itself needs repair or replacement.
How much does drain cleaning cost?
Inside drain cleaning starts at $226 and outside drain cleaning starts at $256. Your exact flat-rate price is quoted upfront before any work starts.
Do you offer hydro jetting?
No. We clear lines with cable machines and a flex-shaft chain cleaner. If the blades can't get through, we camera the line to find out why.
Can you repair a sewer line under a slab foundation?
Yes. We camera and locate the line, pull the permit and call in locates, open the slab, replace the damaged section and test it before the concrete is restored. Post-tension slabs need a concrete specialist, and we coordinate that.
