Water Leak Repair
Our crew provides dependable water leak repair services throughout Tulsa, Bixby, Owasso, and surrounding communities. From slab leaks to supply line issues, our licensed plumbers locate and fix water leaks efficiently — for hidden slab leaks we work with our leak-location partner, Dylan Nelson of Help Services, who pinpoints the leak before we repair it. We use upfront pricing so you know the exact cost before work begins.
What we see in Tulsa-area homes
- Hot water line leaks occurring near the slab in bathrooms and kitchen sinks.
- Water heater supply lines developing pinhole leaks and spraying water overnight. Older copper lines wear thin; newer lines usually fail at the rubber washer as it breaks down.
- Outdoor hydrants leaking around yard areas and exterior walls, most often from a garden hose left connected in freezing weather or a hydrant installed without the downward slope that lets it drain.
- Water leaks under HVAC units, usually from backed-up condensate drains. We clear the drain and get it flowing again (we don't service the HVAC unit itself).
- Damaged copper water lines, most often worn through by a recirculating pump running nonstop (we add a timer or aquastat) and sometimes by acidic soil. We replace them with durable PEX piping.
How we fix it
- Provide upfront pricing when we walk in the door with no hidden fees.
- Locate the source of the water leak, whether under a slab, near a water heater, or along a supply line. For slab leaks, our partner Dylan Nelson of Help Services locates the leak first so we only open what we need to.
- Cut out damaged pipe sections and install new PEX lines and secure fittings — we use full-flow PEX expansion fittings rather than crimp rings, so the fitting doesn't narrow the pipe.
- Test water pressure and inspect all repaired lines — we like to see 60 to 75 PSI (Tulsa's minimum is about 50 PSI) before restoring normal water flow.
- Protect your home by wearing shoe covers and putting down tarps while working.
Signs it's time to call
- Unexplained wet spots or pooling water on floors near slabs or kitchen sinks.
- A sudden and unexpected increase in your monthly water bill.
- The sound of running water when all faucets and appliances are turned off.
- Outdoor hydrants that drip or leak around the handle and wall connection.
- Damp drywall, warped flooring, or moisture near water heaters and plumbing lines.
