How We Do Business Differently
We care. Not only do we care about solving our customers problems, but we care that they receive a fair price for our services. We give a fair price and exceptional service from certified and professional plumbers. We don’t overcharge, and we are willing to work within a customer’s budget.
Open communication is very important to us. If we say we’re going to be there at “3 o’clock,” you can expect an on-time arrival. We’ll also send you a text letting you know that we’re on our way. If we get hung up on another job, and happen to be running behind, we’ll give you a courtesy call. If a customer feels upset, we’ll offer a 10 percent discount for the inconvenience. Customer satisfaction is important us.
We take care of our customers’ home. To protect your home, we wear shoe coverings, cover the carpet, and put down other protective coverings. We thoroughly clean-up after ourselves and the areas we worked in.
Jesus said when we see our neighbors in need, we are to help them. We always look for families that cannot afford a plumber. When we learn of a family in need, we send of one of our professional technicians to take care of their problem.
Why You Should Call Us For An Estimate
We give every customer an accurate, guaranteed estimate for $49. If the customer accepts the estimate, we will waive the $49 fee. If they happen to receive a bid for comparable work from another competitor we will do our best to match or beat their price. In our shameless attempt to “WOW” our customers, we guarantee all new installs for 1 year. Lastly, we are open 6 days a week, the 7th day belongs to the Lord.
Water Leak and Drain Repair
We use specialized tools to help us find the cause of water leaks. We use electronic devices to help us analyze and find the exact cause of the leak.
We do a hydrostatic pressure test by inserting an inflatable ball into the main sewer line cleanout pipe to block the main sewer line. We then fill the cleanout pipe with water and wait 15 minutes to see if any water is lost due to a water leak.
We insert an infrared camera to inspect the drain line to analyze the condition of the pipes located underneath your homes concrete slab.
If a leak is found, we use both the hydrostatic pressure testing and infrared camera to pinpoint where the leak is located.
Water Heaters Repairs
When your hot water heater has problems, you can turn to our certified plumbers to resolve your problem. If for any reason it is beyond repair, we are capable of replacing your water heater with a new one that is compliant with the new federally mandated energy efficiency standards.
Water Heaters Replacements
We start by determining the perfect water heater for your home. This is based on how often your family does laundry, washes dishes, takes showers, and so on.
We carry a wide range of hot water heaters such as traditional and tankless water heaters.
A tankless water heater is installed in place of your water heater tank or tank previously existed. The water is heated only as the faucet is turned on and passes through the small tankless water heater device. With a tankless water heater, it’s virtually impossible to run out of hot water, as it’s heated “on demand.”
